1. Nature of Services “View Spa” Center provides relaxation massage, skin care, Moroccan bath, and pedicure services (for men). All our services are designed strictly for relaxation and personal care purposes; we do not offer any therapeutic or medical services.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Advanced Booking: Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure service availability at your preferred time. Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, or by directly contacting our branches.

• Attendance: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to complete any necessary procedures and assessments. Lateness may result in time being deducted from your allocated session duration.

• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least two hours before the scheduled time.

3. Health and Safety

• The client must inform the receptionist or the specialist of any health conditions, chronic diseases, recent injuries, or skin allergies before the session begins.

• The center is not liable for any health complications arising from the client’s failure to accurately disclose their health condition.

• The center’s management or the specialist reserves the right to refuse service if a health condition is identified that prevents it, ensuring the client’s utmost safety.

4. Prices and Offers

• All prices displayed on the website or at the center are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

• The center reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice (this does not apply to already confirmed bookings).

• Promotional offers and discounts (such as the Classic, Royal, etc. offers) are subject to specific terms and may be available for a limited time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Code of Conduct

• We are committed to providing a calm and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards our staff or specialists is strictly prohibited.

• The center reserves the full right to immediately terminate the session and ask the client to leave (while charging the full value of the service) in the event of any behavior that violates public decency.
